How it all began

Have you ever noticed how the age old toys like the wooden rockers are overshadowed by their electronic, plastic counterparts in today's day and age. That's the question that rang in my mind when i went scouting for toys for my 1 year old some time in June 2011! The absence of these quality & well designed toys & furniture and the flooding of the plastiki-mass produced-Chinese stuff in the markets led me to create my own line of furniture for children. After i made some initial prototypes a friend of mine encouraged to design more pieces and try and offer these designs to like minded parents who are looking for different, design conscious furniture and products for their children.


Squiggle is a furniture brand for children, conceptualized and designed by a furniture designer-mother in an attempt to embrace the love for nature, creativity and the world we live in.

Children learn and grow through play. At Squiggle each piece is passionately designed and meticulously handcrafted to stimulate curiosity + imagination & spark creativity in children for years to come.
